Hôtel très bien situé, central, tout en étant au calme au bord d’un petit canal. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, modernes aux accents vénitiens. Pas de vue côté rue, donc un peu sombre. Manque une chaise et de quoi poser les bagages. Literie très confortable. Petit bémol niveau insonorisation…
Petit déjeuner buffet varié avec du salé et du sucré, très bien achalandé.

Beautiful structure, very modern internally, but with the antique-style tapestries it gives you a unique charm, which is truly typical of Venice. Super location as it is 3 minutes walk from Piazza S. Marco. On foot you can reach the station or Piazzale Roma in 20 minutes, by vaporetto it took us 20 (Piazzale Roma E - San Zaccaria line 4.1 or 2).
Very kind and always smiling staff, good continental breakfast and always ready to satisfy what you ask for. We had a great time. Nice and comfortable room, very good and solid bed, bathroom without windows but with excellent ventilation. Very large shower.. comfortable for 3.. much appreciated! :)
If we were to return to Venice, I would definitely come back here... without a doubt!

Leider war die Toilette nicht gereinigt, obwohl extra eine Banderole angebracht war, die etwas anderes behauptete. Das Hotel hat schnell reagiert und für Nachbesserung gesorgt. Die Räume und das Bad sind sehr schön. Was leider sehr gestört hat ist die enorme Lautstärke die vom Flur in das Zimmer dringt. Eine Schallisolierung durch die Tür ist quasi nicht vorhanden. Zudem ist das Gebäude sehr hellhörig. Von den Nachbarn über einem hört man jeden Schritt. Wir hatten noch das Pech, dass die Familie über uns sich nicht zu benehmen wusste und extrem viel Krach verursacht hat. Einen erholsamen Schlaf hatten wir unter diesen Bedingungen nicht. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Es wäre schön wenn es zum Müsli noch Haferflocken gäbe.

Tout le personnel est aux petits soins pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable . L’hôtel est hyper bien situé : Alilaguna à 10 minutes et taxi boats, service de gondoles au pied de l’hôtel , petit dej très bon , la chambre et la salle de bains sont confortables et belles ! Merci à Arber pour la préparation du voyage et des activités sur place!

I received a strange change on my credit card for over $200 after paying in full. I do not like if. Location was good. Bathroom was liking. Heir drier was broken. Their restaurant was expensive and no good.

Nice place, romantic atmosphere, exellent location. Friendly staff. Watertaxi to Murano island and glassblowing show free for guests. Very satisfied.
