We are a family friendly property even if we don't have any connecting room. But we can easily book one room next to the other or a very big Suite or Junior Suite! Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. A hotel full of history, character and charm. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. Very comfy bed. The staff are brilliant. From the ladies who did our room to reception and bar staff...amazing. Sitting on the outdoor front terrace for breakfast or evening drinks overlooling the Grand Canal was incredible. 30 yds from a water bus stop. Great location and wonderful hotel. Thank you to the amazing people who made our 3 night stay so memorable.

The staff can’t do enough for you. Room maid service very conscientious. Nightly turn down service With cards left detailing the following days weather and chocolate! Wonderful continental breakfast. Excellent location with easy access to L’Accademia Bridge and water bus stop adjacent. Will return for sure

Our family of four adults recently stayed at the Hotel Palazzo Stern for two nights. We selected it based on Trip Advisor reviews and it proved to be an excellent choice. The hotel is in a perfect location – halfway down the Grand Canal with a vaporetto stop only steps away. We were there during a heat wave. Though the public areas are not cooled, the AC in our two rooms was very strong. The beds were comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio for breakfast in the morning and for Aperol spritzers in the evening. (The best we had in Venice!) Most of all, we enjoyed multiple genuine, informative and fun conversations with the staff and management. Would absolutely return.

This hotel and staff were amazing. I would not hesitate to book here again. We stayed six nights and every day was perfect. The bed was comfortable. Great location for taxi transport if needed. Helpful and amazing staff!

Greal location just steps from the public water taxi. Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Beautiful public areas and rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this hotel! First time in Venice. Perfect spot for Venice. Eating breakfast outside right on the canal was the best. Rooms are gorgeous. I highly highly recommend. Go see Murano island. They provided us transportation there. Everything was excellent!
