Convenient location, shops nearby , close to the shore and good variety of food for breakfast. Room controlled Aircon, very comfortable.

I booked a three person room. The room was really big and spacious. The toilet is clean, but the shower area is a bit small. The room have all necessities, like slippers and shower products, and also toothbrush set from the staff, which is really good. The hotel is close to a boat station, which is convenient for travel. Overall really good!!

The internet speed of the hotel is too poor, basically you need to rely on data. Check out early in the morning to catch the train but no early morning is provided. Although it is the most expensive hotel in Italy, it is worse than the hotels in Rome, Florence and Milan. It is not a four-star hotel, but a three-star hotel at most.

I stayed for two nights in total, two rooms, and paid 22.5 euros for accommodation tax when I checked out.
The location is really convenient. It is not close to the water, but it is quite convenient to walk to Piazza San Marco.
This room with a balcony is better. There is a little smell when I first arrived, and I opened the door to dissipate the smell. Then it was okay. The bathroom has a heater, and it was warm when I was there these two days.
