We are a couple in their 30s, the location is excellent with a view of St Marks Cathedral and the Bell Tower; it was so central to everything and easy to go back and change or rest between tours (I uploaded a picture from our window). The front desk was not very helpful or friendly compared to other hotels and experiences in Venice. Also, the breakfast offered was really limited only very running scrambled bacon and very over cooked eggs were the hot foods offered. I wouldn’t pay more than $210-$220 a night for this hotel.

Great location in St. Mark’s Square. Rooms are very nice, staff was super helpful, and views from room was pretty good. My only complain is that it seemed like online that there would be a terrace for us to go to get breakfast each morning. In reality it seems no such terrace exists, and breakfast is served at one of their sister properties nearby.

Perfect location. The front desk was beyond helpful and very accommodating.
The room was extremely clean, with every possible amenity you could think of.

It can get a bit noisy but it wasn’t a problem for us

Estuvimos en el Bellevue Suites, a un paso de la plaza de San Marcos. No obstante, nuestra habitación, a pesar de ser "Deluxe", no tenía vistas a la plaza sino a un callejón un poco ruidoso. Pensábamos que sería un hotel "normal" pero en realidad es un espacio con algunas habitaciones con una pequeña recepción que dependen de un hotel cercano en el que se hace el desayuno. La recepción está abierta durante el día pero a veces no está el recepcionista y hay que esperar. La habitación está decorada a la antigua usanza veneciana, y el espacio es grande. En especial, el baño nos pareció confortable. Pero las camas hubiera agradecido que fueran más nuevas, y que hubiera más almohadas. El desayuno se sirve en otro hotel cercano y es correcto, sin gran variedad ni zumo de naranja natural. Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación
