You can book a water taxi from the train station to the hotel. The customer service also helped to contact us, which was great! The water taxi can also take us to the airport. The hotel is very special, with mirrors everywhere🪞, and the heating is very strong!

My family of 3 had the most wind stay at this hotel for 3 nights. We booked the family suite which is essentially two rooms connected by a foyer. The rooms and bathrooms are both very spacious even by US standard. A rarity in Europe! We were very comfortable during our stay. The decor is modern and lovely. The daily breakfast while not a buffet offered many options. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff to housekeeping were extremely friendly. We were also given free cookies upon check in and chocolates every night. Location wise it’s right on the grand canal, a 15 min walk to either Rialto or Saint Mark’s Square. Highly recommend!

An excellent alternative in Venice, very high standard modern, fully refurbished rooms (ours had a lovely balcony), very good services and breakfast. Its 15 minutes walk from the centre, and a short walk from the Ponte dell'Accademia. It has completely modern interiors and design, with the most modern rooms, setting it apart from the grand hotels with the older interiors.

Great property, super staff, good food. Concierge was truly outstanding and go far beyond the extra mile. Went during the festival and the hotel was an oasis of calm with nice restaurants nearby. Even the airport transfer by boat was a treat (that's a first!).

Delicious breakfasts, friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, and a beautiful view of the Grand Canal. We loved all of the family-owned surrounding restaurants. Steps away from the #2 boat bus line if you prefer to get around that way.
