Cosy space in Venice, just adjacent of Ponte Di Ralto. Reception was friendly and accommodating to our requests for early check out. Appreciate the thought to celebrate our honeymoon and also helping us shift the luggages up.

We stayed one night on a weekend during the carnival. The room is very beautiful and well-kept. The location is more than excellent. Breakfast is not rich in variety, but of excellent quality. The balcony overlooking the Grand Canal must be mentioned. Wonderful.

The staff was very friendly and helped accommodate all needs. Khaled was a great help at the front desk and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The WORST hotel experience here. My first time in Venice, they had the worst customer service experience. All staff were beyond rude when asked for anything. No iron in room. The shower water didn’t fully work, only half of the shower worked. The outlets were coming out the wall. Our room was in the breakfast lounge, so when we come in & out our room everyone can see us. No privacy. Over $700-800 for 2 nights. & they charged my card additional $$ for mistake on their part by their front desk. I tried calling to ask them about the additional charge & again same front desk lady kept saying call back later & just hangs up the phone. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Our shower and bathroom walls were covered in fuzzy mold, the sink counter and headboard were falling apart, and everything was dinged up. The shower shelf was broken and just sitting on the dirty shower floor. They didn’t offer any solution, refund or apology. No clue why this place has such a high rating on *******. They offered to clean it the next morning, but they only fixed one small mold spot and left the rest coated in mold spots for the remainder of our three night stay. We wanted to leave, but was too expensive to switch to a nicer place last minute. The canal view was nice, but I do recommend earplugs

We had an amazing stay as this small boutique hotel. From the second we entered the door, to our room, breakfast in the morning…it was all top notch! We loved it all! The location and staff are perfection! Highly recommend! If you are headed to Venice, this is a must stay hotel!

Strange shower
Strange shower arrangement. Room on the grand Canal was fun but noisy in the morning starting at about 5 AM. We liked it.
