Eden Venice

Booked for 4 nights but only stayed for one. It is not a hotel, it is an apartment with shared rooms and shared bathrooms. The room was disgusting, it was not clean at all and it smelled of mould and damp. The doorframe was hanging off the wall and not secure. The toilet door did not lock so anyone could walk in, and if you did manage to use the bathroom without interruption, the flush did not work, which was disgusting to say the least. The “curtains” in the room were disgustingly dirty and were nothing but manky netting. This place should be condemned rather than be allowed to charge people to stay. I’d imagine prisons are more accommodating than this dump. The place is not soundproofed and you hear everything. The pictures are not the same as what the rooms look like. It’s absolutely disgusting and will be looking to report to trading standards. Even the other flats that live in the building commented on how bad this person manages it as a “business”. Ended up spending a lot of money in a rush to find a better place, but it was worth it to not spend another night in this absolute cesspit. From the lack of response from the owner, shows that this happens a lot
