Very nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, however, the room wasn't very private. I could easily hear conversations in adjacent rooms, as well as their bowel movements. Several electrical outlets didn't work, and the shower didn't have a showerhead, so it wasn't very practical.
But overall, it's good. Very accessible; we're a 5-minute walk from the shuttles. The breakfast is varied.

Just about 10 mins walk from the water taxi jetty in Lido island. The hotel used to be an old grand villa. Interior wise, it looks impressive. The room was comfortable and clean. It has a balcony that opens up to the view of other grand villas in the neighborhood. For the price I paid, Hotel Basutti was an excellent deal.

The key is very unique. It looks small when you book it, but it is not small when you move in. It is suitable for vacation living and you can also go to the beach. When you check in, please note that the small bed refers to two small beds combined.

The location of this hotel was perfect and easy access to the beach the ferry and all restaurants. The service was wonderful and everything we hoped for a city centre break . We were so happy to stay here and not Venice as it was lovely location away from the hustle and bustle .

Convenient to train station, well kept up, no coffee or hot pot in room. Quiet area, bed was quite firm, many restaurants nearby. Shower was in the tub, with handheld shower head . Good value
