Very central and clean, exactly what we needed. Perfect stay. No complaints.
Just note that you’ll have to check in to a separate building (only a couple minutes away) so the address you initially arrive to is different to where you are staying!

The room was very nice and clean, however, I wouldn’t pick the canal view again as it’s not that great… the building was also a bit odd and took us by surprise since it looks to be a few rooms in a residential building (there are signs on the staircase not to go up to further floors) - the rooms of Liassidi Arco are not part of the main hotel building.

Great little hotel. Be sure to check the check-in instructions, as we didn’t pay close enough attention and had to go to the main hotel to get the room key (our fault). Staff were very nice about it and helpful!

Il giorno del check-in, al nostro arrivo (alle 17:00), il proprietario risultava irreperibile: il suo telefono era staccato e non siamo riusciti a metterci in contatto in alcun modo, se non con sua madre che si trovava a Padova. Durante l'attesa, alcune persone del posto ci hanno riferito che il gestore ha problemi di alcolismo e che la sera precedente era rientrato ubriaco. Dopo oltre 2 ore di attesa, si è infine presentato in condizioni discutibili, aveva un evidente bernoccolo sulla testa accompagnato da un taglio sanguinante. A causa di questa situazione inaccettabile, non ci è stato possibile effettuare il soggiorno previsto. Peccato, perché la struttura era bella e situata in una zona strategica, a pochi minuti da Piazza San Marco, con bar, ristoranti e negozi nelle immediate vicinanze.

Quaint and perfect getaway in Venice
The trip to Venice was amazing, the accommodation was great. Check in easy at the main hotel and even offered to escort us to the apartment. Was only 4 minute walk to the accomodation and lovely navigating through the small streets. Location was great, just 15 minute walk to the south of the island where you could walk along the coastline and to St Marcos Square. Balconly and seeing the locals way of live was a nice treat as well.

We couldn't get the air conditioning to work but other than that everything was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was amazing. It was a great base for our few days in Venice.

Cosy room on a canal.
Great comfortable room. It’s in a great neighborhood away from all of the huge crowds and tourist traps. Loved having the balcony that overlooked a canal. Great place to unwind after being around large crowds all day.
