Очень старый отель. Сантехника вся течет. После использования вода постоянно капает. Очень шумный кондиционер, невозможно спать. Но отключить самостоятельно ты не можешь, нужен администратор с ресепшена.
Номер не очень чистый, все затхлое.

This is my third stay here, but the fault is not the quality of the hotel, but the price.
Overall, we are happy with the hotel - we only need a room, and there are some good options there. The main thing is that it is warm. And even a bit vintage.
We almost never crossed paths with other guests, so the shared toilet is not a problem. It's too bad that there is no elevator. We really need a kettle.
But the price and location outweigh everything.

A small authentic hotel near Santa Lucia Venice. It is very convenient that you do not have to drag your luggage along the bridges and stairs. Reception 24 hours. Friendly staff. And inexpensive city tax. No elevator, but this is a small hotel in an old house. I liked the color. Antique furniture, Venetian chandelier. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is quiet. There were not many guests. Wi-Fi is fast. I was a little disappointed with the warm water, it was not hot. Otherwise, everything is great.

Great location, clean shower and toilet. Everything was clean in the room too. The radiators were turned off on the first day, but after contacting them in the evening, the heat came on. The water in the shower was warm. WiFi worked great. If you are not a demanding tourist, I recommend it.
