It was hard to find the hotel location. I had to go around and around to find it. It would have been scarier at night. It would have been better if you could have given me more detailed directions to the hotel location. The reception asked for a reservation confirmation. Since the internet is slow in Italy, you can shorten the check-in time by downloading it in advance and taking a screenshot. There is an elevator, the room is clean, and the breakfast is good. It is a hotel with good memories in many ways.

We had a 3 bed room here for 3 nights. The customer service was excellent - reception were always very helpful. Shower in our room was lovely although the toilet seat slipped slightly to one side every time I sat on it! There was some noise outside in the evenings but that's to be expected in a place like Venice - the free earplugs helped! Great location too - just a couple of mins walk from Rialto bridge.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It’s central and close to the Rialto ferry stop. Rooms are small and cramped. So if you’re planning to go with big suitcases then think twice because the space in the room is not that big for 2 people and 2 big bags. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was basic and minimal for vegetarians. There was a fresh pasta restaurant around the corner which served really tasty pasta that was freshly made. The location of the hotel meant we could walk everywhere and come back for a quick rest before continuing with our explorations of the city. Would recommend the hotel. There was a pharmacy close by, gelato places and restaurants close by!

1 stella perchè SI. Purtroppo tutto alquanto antiquo. Lenzuola e corredo da notte e da bagno sporco, animali non graditi negli angoli più bui della suite, che così in realtà non si può affatto definire. Esperienza da dimenticare…
