Location, staff are fanatic. Just we stay in level 1 and there were noisy from outside. But great price. I’ll stay there again when I visit Venice

Everything was perfect. Very well located in a quiet area. Close to the train station, perfect for getting around with your luggage without having to cross a single bridge.

I stayed here while traveling abroad, and it was very close to the station, so it was extremely convenient. The rooms are a little small, but that's not a problem. However, the water facilities were disappointing, and the shower room was simple, so water often leaked.

A wonderful hotel, which is literally 5 minutes walk from the Santa Lucia station, very friendly staff. For some the room may seem small, but we stayed there for 1 night, it was enough for us. Good mattress, pillows and blankets, everything is clean and there are no unpleasant smells.
