Everything was fine, only a very small room on the highest floor, small for 3 people. The breakfast is good, the location is also very good.

The space is large, but there is a strong smell of perfume as soon as you enter, which is very smelly. The bathroom has no window and cannot be ventilated. It smells like sewerage and is very smelly. Pros: Friendly staff, air conditioning, location, bed, bathroom, neatly renovated interior, capsule coffee provided, electronic mosquito repellent provided, shampoo provided as amenities
Cons: No elevator, ventilation through bathroom window (well ventilated, but bugs can come in)
Overall: It's hard to find accommodations in this location for this price. Highly recommended!

Located near Ferrovia waterbus station and Santa Lucia train station. You’ll need to walk a lot or take the waterbus to other areas such as St Marks’s Square.
The staff were friendly and even provided us with packed breakfast as we had to checkout early in the morning (before Breakfast time).
The room was spacious - mini touch ups here and there will improve the room.
Will definitely stay here again if I have an early morning train to catch next time :)
