La struttura si trova nel cuore turistico di Venezia a pochi metri da piazza San Marco e del ponte di rialto. Ho scelto la camera de lux , camera ampia e confortevole . ottima la pulizia. Buona e abbondante la colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato

Hotel rénové avec décoration d'inspiration " Marquise". Chambre et salle de bains un peu petites mais pratique et confortable. Bon petit déjeuner servi dans la salle du restaurant du même nom ( attenant). Au calme tout en étant idéalement situé! Réellement à deux pas des deux attractions principales: place San.Marco et le pont du Rialto. Très bon sejour. Demandez les chambres qui.donnent sur le canal. Attention: si vous voulez que votre chambre soit faite chaque matin, bien mettre la pancarte " please, make up my room".

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und für italienische Verhältnisse ein Frühstück, mit dem man immerhin durchs erste Drittel des Tages kommt. Neben allerlei süßem Gebäck gibt es Eier, Käse und guten Kaffee! Den Stil der Zimmer muss man mögen, zumindest ist er aber authentisch. Unser Raum war leider nur oberflächlich sauber. Viele Schmutzflecken, sehr staubig, Haare hier und da. Die Klimaanlage ging nicht und es war sehr hellhörig. Was an unseren Zimmer eklig war: der Fenstersims war zugekackt mit Taubenkot und ab 18.00 Uhr war nicht daran zu denken, die Fenster zu öffnen (das Restaurant direkt unter uns legte da mit dem Frittieren los - und so roch es dann auch überall im Zimmer). Wer wenig Budget hat und mittendrin sein will, muss da also durch.

Just returned back to the UK after a fab stay at this hotel! A great price! Check in Easy and quick. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room Room was lovely and clean, a great size. Bathroom Clean, spacious, good hot water and a powerful Shower. Location Location is perfect in the heart of everything. Breakfast We paid €5 per person per day and we are so glad we did. It was worth every penny. Pastries, ham and cheese, juice, coffee. If I ever return to Venice I will 100% book to stay here.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui due notti. Camera piccola ma bella, con 10 euro a notte abbiamo avuto la camera deluxe. Posizione eccezzionale centralissima, vista canale molto carina, arredi tipici di Venezia e pulizia molto buona. Bagno senza bidet potrebbe essere un problema, ma almeno pulito ed accessoriato. Ci ha accolto un signore molto gentile. Colazione buona. La struttura è contigua al ristorante, per questo c’è un cattivo odore di cucina anche per le scale e talvolta anche in camera. Camere pulite ogni giorno, unica pecca per me al momento di lasciare la stanza, avendo consumato una bottiglietta d ‘acqua abbiamo fatto presente di doverla pagare e la signora che ci ha ricevuto in reception ci ha detto che avevamo consumato altro quando non era assolutamente vero. Magari è stato un errroe delle donne delle pulizie, comunque non ci sono state troppe storie e abbiamo pagato solo l’acqua consumata effettivamente. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno

Fine hotel with perfect location
Very nice location. We could walk for 5-10 minutes and get to all the things we wanted to see. Very quiet at night as well.

Albergo che non si presenta benissimo dall'esterno con un ricevimento molto angusto quasi invisibile dalla strada anch'essa stretta e secondaria (ha messo in crisi google maps) La camera invece era spaziosa e confortevole, affacciata sul piccolo canale . La prima colazione, nei locali del ristorante omonimo, abbondante e di ottima qualità.
