The hotel has a good location, but you still need to cross a long bridge to get out of the central train station, which is inconvenient for those with large luggage. The hotel has its own water taxi station, and the front desk is friendly and can help you book a taxi. The hotel room was nice, but the water pressure was too low.

An old building (as you would expect), with a really romantic atmosphere. Just a short walk from Santa Lucia, and really easy to get to the canal bus stations too.
Staff were really professional and helpful, with a good idea of places to eat nearby. The surrounding neighbourhood had plenty of cafes and restaurants, which all felt slightly less touristy (as much as they can given the city itself). Would definitely stay again!

It is a very suitable hotel for vacation. There is a lake area in front, paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles, and a gym. I feel like I can lose weight if I stay there for a week. Rich breakfast

L'hotel è una antica dimora dei primi del novecento affacciato sul Rio Marin da un lato e sul Canal Grande dal lato giardino in un tripudio di rose bianche rampicanti. Le stanze sono ampie e arredate con un gusto orientale, moderno e veneziano. Il letto è comodissimo e spazioso. Buona colazione e servizio eccellente. Da consigliare

Lovely Hotel, well located to be quiet yet close to the personality of Venice. Arrived late, no help offered with luggage, helpful when offering an alternative room, first one was too close to lift and quite claustrophobic. Rooms were clean with personality, a complimentary bottle of water would have been welcomed, the rate charged you think would allow for this. Reception helpful with restaurant recommendations nearby and taxis booking ( although the taxi was over 15 mins late!)
