I stayed here when I was traveling in Italy. It's convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from the station. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy, warm, and comfortable. There was also a hot shower. The breakfast was delicious and served on a floor with a gorgeous chandelier. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

We stay here for 2 night.The location of the hotel was 5min away from the Venezia Santa Lucia train station. The attractions also near to the hotel. There are restaurants and gelato shop nearby. The hotel reception staff was very friendly and nice, they welcomed us on the first day we arrived. They even help us carry our luggage up to the reception counter and our room as they were no lift in the hotel. They hotel was clean and tidy with AC. It was really a great stay here. Recommended!!

Très déçue par l’attitude de l’équipe. Suite à un imprévu grave, j’ai contacté l’hôtel 12 jours avant ma réservation pour demander un simple report de date. Réponse : refus, car il fallait prévenir 15 jours avant. Franchement, j’aimerais savoir en quoi 3 jours auraient changé quoi que ce soit pour eux. Aucun geste, aucune compréhension, j’ai donc perdu la totalité de ce que j’avais payé. Les imprévus peuvent arriver à tout le monde ; si cela leur arrivait à eux, je doute qu’ils soient aussi stricts. En réponse à l’hôtel : Je réfute fermement toute accusation d’agressivité de ma part et dispose des échanges écrits pour le prouver. Trouver que la situation grave d’un proche atteint d’un cancer soit une “excuse bidon” pour un report de trois jours est décevant. Trois jours supplémentaires n’auraient pas impacté l’établissement, mais une meilleure compréhension aurait aidé ses clients dans un moment difficile.

Contrairement à ce que vous inventez, je n’ai jamais menacé qui que ce soit. J’ai les échanges par mail qui prouvent que j’ai toujours été poli et respectueux, ce qui n’est manifestement pas votre cas. Considérer qu’un parent atteint d’un cancer est une “excuse bidon” pour décaler de trois jours un séjour est d’un niveau d’humanité affligeant. Heureusement que tous les hôtels ne réagissent pas comme vous et savent faire preuve d’un minimum de compréhension face à des imprévus graves. Trois jours de décalage ne vous auraient strictement rien coûté, mais vous avez préféré l’attaque personnelle et la diffamation plutôt que la solution. Cela en dit long sur la manière dont vous traitez vos clients… et ça ne donne absolument pas envie de séjourner chez vous.
