Bad things: The pictures of the Ctrip booking are deceptive. The view of the standard double room is the two pictures I sent. It can be said that there is no view at all. If someone wants to book a good view, don't book a standard double room. Others are deceived by the photos of Ctrip! The hotel also arranged room 301 on the 3rd floor. A superb winter stay in Venice
We had a lagoon view room mere minutes from St Mark’s Square. Great trattoria in the backstreets- even in winter. Many people enjoying a spritz in the midday sun.

Great Location. Clean room. Wonderful breakfast on the terrace. Very, very friendly and helpful staff. They gave helpful sightseeing suggestion. Location for a local grocery store. All my questions were answered. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was ideally located near St. Mark's Square. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was good, room was clean but very dark as it faced inner courtyard -- so did not correspond to any of the well-lit photos on *******. Additionally, leaky toilet was not fixed even though mentioned to the staff. Overall, a very good experience, with the caveats noted.

The hotel was beautiful and our view was amazing. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return should the opportunity arise. Our room faced the water and the windows opened completely to allow an exquisite view. Breakfast was complimentary and delicious. Thank you for your hospitality.

The only place we stay when we’re in Venice. Love the history of this hotel. It is perfectly situated. The staff is fantastic and very knowledgeable. We were thrilled to see Stefano again. Room options are excellent and rooms are very comfortable and well fitted. Breakfast in the hotel and evening snacks and wine are an option. Another major factor for us is that they welcome dogs. We travel with our little Maltipoo. He ran circles of happiness in the room when we arrived for his third visit. There were a couple of staff members this visit and they were wonderful and very representative of the hotel brand and hospitality.
