Beautiful suite in Venice
I was travelling with my adult son and it was a challenge to find accommodation with 2 separate rooms and beds. This fit the bill in an amazingly convenient location to all the sites but far enough away from the noise. Like all places in Venice it was a bit tricky to find and get to but not too bad as it is right in the corner of Campo Santo Stefano. I think writing the directions on the site would be helpful as even google maps gets a bit confused. Small detail as our stay was amazing! Very clean!

Property is close to shop and everything. However, you need to watch out for high tide. Staff is very helpful, he arranged private water taxi and help your luggage to hotel. You need cash to pay for water taxi and hotel taxes.

It has been a few days not to forget. Seeing and visiting every corner of Venice... its canals, its bridges and its rides on all types of boats. Each corner and building more striking than the last... the unrivaled St. Mark's Square, the Rialto or its small streets and canals. You have to return yes or yes. The hotel and its room are spectacular. Giacomo is a wonderful person, always attentive to everything. I recommend this hotel 100%.

We had a great stay here for 3 nights. The location was absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to do. Quick walk to the water taxi for train station, and short walk to San Marco square. The friendliest employees and our room was great. We stayed in the suite with two king beds, our 20 year old son was traveling with us and was perfect!
