避雷！！！！！！！有個黑人店員非常粗魯傲慢，先是拒絕幫我們運行李，説“no one can help you”，其實他們有專門運行李的電梯，衹要幫忙按一下就好。又故意説錯我們要求打包早飯的時間，不想給我們（到後來在我們反覆要求下還是給了）。最過分的是，我們連住兩晚，他們在第二天白天的時候進房間偷拍房間內照片，我們的行李箱全部擺在地上且打開，個人物品包括內衣啥的都放在箱子裏，他拍了照片並且發到他們一個類似工作人員的羣聊裏！！！還在我們第三天早上退房的時候指着照片説，“這是2025年，沒有人會把房間弄亂成這樣天，他們沒有辦法清理”。。。。***？？？？？我們連住兩晚並提前扣費，走的時候也全部收拾好，房間乾乾淨淨，他們憑什麼在中間的時候偷拍照片還企圖教育我們？？他們倒也確實沒清理，疊了疊被子就走了，垃圾桶也沒倒。另外，我們入住第一晚廁所燈泡是壞的，説是第二天一早來修，實際我們第二天下午回去休息的時候還沒修好，催了前台才來修！！這個店簡直離譜！！！！！！

It was already very late when we took the airport bus to Venezia station. I temporarily searched for nearby hotels on Ctrip. Who can understand the uneasiness in my heart when I checked into a hotel without prior reservation in the middle of the night? The guy at the front desk was very friendly and patiently agreed with us, two adults and one child. Booking a double room with a shared toilet is also very clean and convenient. The price also includes breakfast, which is really good. There is a pier outside the hotel where you can store your luggage. We chose to take a boat to Marco Polo Square and walk back. It was a perfect experience.

Great that it's close to the train station.
There is also a water bus station right in front of the hotel, which is convenient.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The pier is at the door. It takes two or three minutes to walk to the bus station and ten minutes to the train station. Free breakfast is also provided. It's a pity that there is no air-conditioning in the room, so we had to open the window, and a lot of mosquitoes flew in when the window was opened.

This property is in a great location. Close to bus stations, trains and all that Venice has to offer. Our room had a private bathroom and slept 4 people comfortably. We herd that some rooms shared a bathroom, so be sure to book what you prefer. The included breakfast was nice enough to energize us each morning and start our day. Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is pretty basic, but that is what we were looking for as we didn't spend much time at the hotel other than to sleep and have breakfast. Great place for explorers who need a clean and basic room in Venice.
