There is no elevator, so it was difficult to carry a suitcase up to the second floor reception.

I was very satisfied with everything from the explanations given by the receptionist to the advice they gave me about sightseeing in Venice.
I asked if I could get some ice to drink in my room at night, and they gladly prepared it for me.
Also, the rooms, shower rooms, and every nook and cranny were thoroughly cleaned, so I was very satisfied.
The reason I didn't rate the facilities as very satisfied is because there is no elevator, so it might be a bit difficult if your feet are tired.
However, the hotel staff carried our luggage for us so it wasn't too much of a problem!

If you don't want to spend a lot of money in the old district, you can only stay in the old hotel. The location is good, close to the square and the famous shopping street. It is very convenient to go to the boat dock in both directions. I was given a room with a skylight in the bathroom. The room was very small and a bit crowded. I didn't take pictures. Alas, the old hotel is like that. It is better in terms of convenient transportation. The old lady at the front desk was not very enthusiastic.

Great was great location, but this hotel is more like a hostel, no lift, no amenities, no nothing, breakfast was mediocre at best. I wouldn't stay here again. Staff was very friendly though.
