The room was very gorgeous, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. The waitress was very friendly. It's a bit of a walk from the main train station, but it's close to the tourist attractions and the neighborhood is very safe, so I highly recommend it for a stay in Venice.

The location of the hotel is fantastic and the service is almost always friendly... it depends on who is at the reception. Unfortunately, the hotel and the rooms are no longer in good condition. Everything has been worn out by mass tourism in recent years and has not been renovated. It takes 10-15 minutes for hot water to come out of the tap... we recommend not staying more than 1 or 2 nights here.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to St. Mark's Square, very close to the pier of Line 1, and very convenient to the train station. Perfect stay, everyone is very friendly, rooms are clean and ac works very well. Breakfast is very limited but you’ll find what you need and get a great coffee. We had an awesome view from the room. Location couldn’t be any better, very close to the main square. Next time will definitely stay here.
