Well, for the money we paid for 4 nights and a 4-star hotel, it was hard to find them. Friendly, yes. But they look at you strangely if you don't tip. Breakfast, very normal, juice and powder and it was repeated every day, except for the cakes. The room was quite large, but the bathroom was older than me. The water was leaking, I had to ask for shower gel and shampoo every day, it must be that I shouldn't have showered every day.
Anyway, I would definitely go back to Venice a thousand times, but I wouldn't stay here.

It was a very beautiful hotel! I was very happy to be upgraded to a larger room.
The hair dryer in the room was broken, but I told the front desk and they immediately prepared a new one!
The shower room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities.
You have to go over two bridges (stairs) to get to the nearest water bus station, so if you have a lot of luggage, I recommend taking the water taxi.
I'd love to stay here again!
