Shocking service at reception. The chap watched my 12 year old twins struggle up the stairs with their luggage. We were told the tap water is unsafe to drink, but no safe water is provided to the rooms. We were forced to buy over priced water at reception as we arrived at midnight. The bath contained dirty water from a previous guest. We brought some food with us and the chap at reception said the hotel management refuse to assist with disposable utensils.
The television in the room is undersized for its location in the room.
We are going to sleep here tonight and get out in the morning.
No assistance to warm food for us

The front desk service attitude is poor. I booked a normal standard room, but was given a twin room that looked like a single room with an extra bed. It was only about 10 square meters. When I asked to change the room or think of a solution, he just threw up his hands and said he couldn't do anything... Horrible hotel!! The photo does not correspond to reality. The administrator does not want to resolve the issue. He said that the manager is not in the hotel, he can not help. He throws up his hands. He says that Expidia is to blame for everything, although we booked through Trip. We booked a completely different room. He has an official voucher in hand, he pretends that he sees it for the first time. They do not want to return the money either. The worst hotel we have ever been to!!! We do not recommend!!!

A relatively cheaper option in Venice. Rooms were very antique and the condition wasn't the best but still functional. Could be a bit noisy as there is a boat station directly in front of it. Good breakfast and service though. Walking will be quite far from the central area amd train station but there water bus will be a good option from this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for one night, but while we were out for a walk in the evening, someone broke into our room and stole jewelry from our suitcases and bags. We don't know how to describe our vacation in Venice and in this hotel, so we don't know whether we can recommend this hotel in the future or not, and I ask the hotel administration to contact me to find the loss and punish the culprits.
