Good clean room massive bed, the reception staff were very helpful with advice how to get into Venice and avoid the tourist tax, easy 10 min walk to the bus which takes 20 mins to get into Venice. Breakfast was ok and it helps to have free parking, The only negative was when we just wanted a bar snack in the evening, I was told they could only do a toastie for 8 euro so ordered that, absolutely terrible, a bit of processed cheese and ham in cheap bread no garnish , my 6yr old granddaughter can produce better with better presentation. Would recommend the place as long as you avoid the bar snacks!

Hotel in a bad location and very far from public transport. The receptionist was very kind and the next morning offered us transport from the hotel to the Venice Mestre train station, which we greatly appreciated.
Hotel with good facilities, clean, with comfortable room and very good and varied breakfast.
