The room itself is just as in the pictures, and we got the one with a small balcony with a view, the problem was the noise/thin walls as we can hear the voices or normal conversations of the guests in the other room. We picked this hotel because it was really close, just 5 mins from the station, so that was very good.
The service in the front desk wasn’t great though, the attitude of the staff weren’t very friendly (actually answers in condescending tone). We loved our stay in Venice aside from this hotel experience.

The hotel is located in a quiet side street. The furnishings are a little old-fashioned. But everything is clean! Overall, it makes a decent impression. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet is extensive:
Scrambled eggs with ham, croissants, fruit, vegetables, juices and coffee. My room on the third floor was a little noisy.
