在威尼斯主島的對面。環境是真的好。
酒店有來回主島的船，每人15歐不管住幾天。很方便，對面有兩個停靠點，酒店有時刻表。
酒店在的島上有超市、餐館，也是很方便。
去火車站可以坐出租去，70歐。
環境沒得説，早餐也很棒，景色絕佳。
Skybar 服務員沒給小費臉有點黑。
樓頂泳池要預約，不預約不給躺椅。
總之，值得去住，很好。

酒店需要坐船才能去，建議機場直接坐船過來，不然要付出租車過來碼頭依然要轉船，酒店早餐豐富，環境非常好

The service was terrible. The value for money isn't great among five-star hotels. There are plenty of options in Venice for the same price. I really wouldn't spend 6,000 yuan a night. There was absolutely no sense of value or enjoyment.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool… we got there and the pool was closed for repair — we were not notified prior to our stay otherwise we would’ve cancelled and stayed elsewhere. Then when we checked out the manager said we could’ve gone to use the Marriot pool… nobody brought this option to our attention — apparently she said ‘I should’ve asked guest services’ I said ‘ I’m not a mind reader.’ she said it was not possible to tell everyone’ I said ‘it would’ve been at check in!’ Just infuriating!
The view from the room was terrible - asked to move but they were fully booked. We had booked and paid for an upgraded room - I don’t believe we got it.
Didn’t have a TV remote took asking 3 times to get one (on our last day)
Breakfast was not worth the money. Did not cater well for healthy eaters.
Definitely not worth £1,000 for 3 nights!
We’d called prior to ask where the best place to park and get transport was - whomever we got to speak to was not helpful at all.
