The hardware is good, the room is big enough, the floor is high enough, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a bathtub.

I asked someone to take away the new cups, but nothing happened. I went back to the hotel and called again. Finally, someone took away the cups, but they were not as new.

Interesting hotel. It used to be a pasta factory. To get to the center of Venice you need a boat. I was afraid that this would be a problem. It turned out not. There is a boat provided by the hotel for 15 euros for the entire stay. There are two piers nearby (5-7 minutes walk) where two Vaporetto lines stop. I had a deluxe Molino room with a view. Beautiful hotel, very well located a few minutes walk from 2 vaporeto stops.
Our room was spacious and clean.
The staff is very welcoming and pleasant.
The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of choice.
The bar offers a magnificent view with a nice cocktail menu, the waitress was very friendly and welcoming.
On the other hand, a small negative point about the restaurant which is outside the hotel, the meal was very expensive, small quantities and we did not find the dishes to our taste, no parmesan offered for our pasta.
