San Vio Palace Luxury Apartments

Amazing apartment overlooking the canal. Walkable to everything. Was really comfortable and we would highly recommend!

We stayed in the largest suite. I didn’t want to leave. The sheer size of this home makes you want to stay forever. The comfort and the space was perfect for us. We travelled with 5 adults and 1 toddler and 1 infant. This was the perfect sized space for us. I think it would also be good for 3 couples or 2 couples and children. The down stairs space might be tight for 4 couples but I honestly don’t know what you’d be doing to need to be inside in Venice so maybe 4 couples would be okay. Pro: 4 bedrooms but 5th room could be used for baby crib or hang out space for kids. Even a work space if you wanted to just work from the couch. Back patio is serene and quiet, great place for children to hang out or have morning coffee/afternoon glass of wine. Loved the entry way doorway. Felt secure, upscale, classic traditional home. It street but close to everything. Back patio was amazing. The washing machine was perfect for us. We loved it and that they provided soap amazing Towels were great maybe extra towels somewhere for “just in case” if they were here somewhere here we could find them easily. Lots of closet space which is amazing The space and room size are luxury there is no doubt about it. You will not find other places on the main streets of Venice steps away from popular sites, that have more bedroom space than this. Cons: * A few small repairs are needed (water damage touch-ups, mismatched finishes). * Doors are clunky and noisy — not ideal if people are sleeping. * One large bedroom had confusing lighting (no clear instructions). * Ants in the garbage cupboard when we arrived (we managed fine by keeping things extra clean). * Some showers/floors show the age of the home — but that’s Venice.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great and the staff was wonderful, especially when we arrived from a long flight. The room was very clean, air conditioner worked perfectly. I would stay there again

This place is an absolute beauty to stay at. Heavenly beds with stunning view of the small canal. Very clean and well kept. Would absolutely recommend it to my friends and family. Easy to navigate everywhere you need to go.

Beautiful appartment , great service . Beautiful quiet location , facing a canal . Nothing was missing free snacks coffee etc . Large rooms , beautiful family room and large windows , also have a small garden in the building. Historic charm . I will definitely rent this place again

Overall the place is beautiful clean and well located in a more quiet area which was perfect . The room is beautiful and spacious, they offer snacks coffee , full kitchen and beautiful garden in the back . Make sure you take a water taxi to get to the property. Waking from the parking area is a good 15 mins walk and with luggage makes it hard , also make sure you pay the fees before arriving , they wouldn’t give us the code of the door unless it was done but they send it a day before ( my fault I didn’t do it ) . I would definitely stay there again
