提前兩個月預訂好的這家威尼斯的酒店，在攜程上看到三人房的照片，覺得可以接受。到店是當天晚上9:00左右前台的老頭看到我們在旁邊的門找不到各種按門鈴，他就站在旁邊也不理會，等我用國內的手機號給他打了電話，他接了之後才發現，原來我們是要去他這家酒店，服務態度冷漠。到了酒店本以為能夠住進圖片中的房間，結果分配給我們二樓一個角落裡像是員工宿舍一樣的簡陋房間，四張行軍床咯吱咯吱響，房間連箱子都沒有地方放。馬上出來交涉，希望可以換一個與預訂時圖片裏相似的房間，可前台老頭告知當晚滿房，我們認為是酒店刻意安排了這樣一間臨時修改出來的房間、也有可能因為看到我們是中國名字。當天晚上就聯繫攜程進行交涉，到第二天上午酒店回覆拒絕任何訂單退款，包括城市税現金交的21歐元也完全不退，哪怕我們第二晚不住，也不做任何的處理。第二天上午本來已經做好準備退房去換一家酒店，前台的老太太説給我們重新安排了個房間，我去看了之後也是角落裡一個相對簡陋，但是總體而言空間大了一些的房間和照片上有出入，但是類似，所以為了避免攜程太多無謂的賠償，而這個酒店也不退錢的情況下，我們決定還是繼續住在這家酒店。全程感謝攜程的協助處理。

The hotel is cheap and clean, with a very nice 24-hour reception. It’s also very close to the train station. However, please do not expect a luxury room at this price.

駅近！エアコンもありました🙂
わたしの部屋はバストイレが部屋を出た所にありましたが共有ではなく専用でした。
部屋の場所がわかりづらかったのに受付の方が特に説明してくれなかったのが不親切かな…と思いました。
部屋は歩くと少し軋む感じがしました。
総合的にはよかったです！おすすめします🙂

The room we booked had maintenance issues so we were sent to another hotel a few doors down. Great location short walk to the train station. Great service from staff. Had luggage storage for the day on check out. Only issue was no elevator in the building we were in but not sure if it’s true for the original hotel.
