入り口が全く判りません。近隣住民と一緒に探してもらい、運良く、入り口のドアを入る人がいたので一緒に入りポストに名前を書いてあったのでビルは確定できました。電話やメールをしても回答がかなり遅いです。インターホン鳴らしても無人なので回答はありません。
ビルの管理人を見つけつて連絡をしてもらいました。
サンダルで汚れた格好したインド人風の男性 2人が来ました。
部屋数の割には、トイレシャワールームが3室もありキッチンもついていますが、汚れています。汚いです。
管理が行き届いてないので、宿泊者も汚く使い、皿は毎日使いっぱなしのものが流しにあります。
翌日、どのような清掃を管理者がするのかと思っていましたが、ほぼ掃除はしません。ゴミは多いたところだけ回収します。
廊下も部屋も、ベランダ、共用スペース、すべて汚いです。
冷凍庫は霜がいっぱいでほぼ入りません。
悪いところ全て写真アップしたかったのですが、部屋の写真だけアップしました。
良いところは駅から道路挟んで、反対側で最高です。
経営者もきれいに管理するつもりはないと思いますが、立地で選ぶ人は良いですが、衛生面で汚いのが嫌な方は宿泊しない方がいいです。
BBが近年増えてますので、トリップ.comは入り口の写真入室の仕方もう少しサポートしてもらえるとありがたいのですが、改善お願いしたいです

Trip.com said that the onsite payment was 3€, but we were charged 8€ per night for two people.
When I put some prosciutto in the fridge, a woman who had been brought in by the management staff opened the fridge and ate the ham without permission. When I told her that she had eaten it, she ignored me and ran out of the inn. It was unpleasant.
I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than the location.

The location is very good, just in front of train station. Only one thing is that a bit difficult to find the place as it is one of the apartments and the name is written small beside the bell. The room is big and clean.

Luogo molto tetro , sconsigliato ,, personale scortese , non parlano un minimo di italiano, molto sporco , porte con vetro e coperto da carta di giornale , bagno spaventoso ...parcheggio solo a pagamento che costa 23€ a notte TV non funziona, riscaldamento idem
