位置挺不錯的，去景點都很近，就是會離火車站遠一點，如果去火車站最好要預留充足的時間去坐水上巴士，因為有時候要等很久才有。房間挺舒適的，但洗手間不在房間內始終會比較麻煩，雖然就十秒的步程，但因為旁邊就是其他人的房間，有隱私考慮的可能能就不合適。再者是個人的一些經歷，服務感覺不太好，住了兩晚，因為第三天早上要很早離開，第二天跟前台的職員確認了就先把未付的稅付了，說是明天直接把房卡放房間就可以直接走不用再做check-out，但第三天早上離開酒店大門幾步有職員追出來問我check out了沒，我說卡放房間了，他又問費用都付了嗎，我說昨天都付了，然後他就沒回我直接回去了（因為這個職員是第一天幫我check-in的，我挺確定他知道我是誰）。怎麼說呢，大家都沒做錯什麼，但就覺得他們員工之間的資訊沒交待好吧，也有點冷漠，弄得我好像不付錢一樣🥲

A aimé · L'emplacement est super bien, animée mais en même pas trop de bruit le soir pour se coucher. La chambre était vraiment très propre et le lit était très confortable et rien à dire au niveau de la propreté. Nous avons adoré notre accueil à notre arrivée. Un monsieur, sympa, rassurant et qui répond à toutes nos questions, un gros plus pour lui. (cheveux gris, mince) N'a pas aimé · Cependant à contrario, nous avons détesté le comportement de la personne au petit déjeuner le matin (une femme, mince et blonde), quand nous lui disons bonjour, pas de retour, pas un sourire, même pas un regard, ainsi que son collègue. Un binôme particulier, c'est bien la première fois que je ressens cette sensation, l'impression de déranger même qu'on se moque de nous. C'était très dérangeant. Vous imaginez bien que, on ne restait pas et que dès le matin ce genre de comportement nous donnait pas envie de manger et de rester.

L'hôtel est bien situé, les chambres sont jolies, le petit déjeuner délicieux, et de plus le personnel est plein d'attentions et de gentillesse. Nous en avons fait l'expérience lors de la grève des transporteurs aériens des 3 et 4 juillet ; alors que nos vols de retour à Paris étaient successivement annulés, ils ont fait le maximum pour que nous puissions rester à l'hôtel et pour nous aider. Beautiful small boutique hotel with warm and friendly staff, who helped us with restaurant recommendations and anything we needed. Rooms are gorgeous, spacious enough and well air-conditioned. Breakfast was absolutely amazing; delicious and lots of different options from sweet to savory. Location is great.

Hotel Santo Stefano is a fantastic boutique hotel. The rooms are smallish (the nature of Venice architecture!) but beautifully appointed. The staff went out of their way to help us at every moment, the most invaluable help was with finding us places to eat. We had some of the best food we’ve ever had in Italy let alone Venice, and if you know anything about Venice it can be a mine field avoiding the tourist traps.
The location is simply wonderful, such a beautiful square, and you are no more than a 5 minute walk to all the areas you’re likely to visit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staff were welcoming when we arrived. Annalisa was awesome went above and beyond to help us.The room was clean and looked like the photos.Bed, Bedding, pillows and towels all good condition. Water pressure was awesome. Morning breakfast was good we enjoyed sitting out at the patio tables in the evenings with a glass of wine(thier prices are good)
