A very bad experience! First of all, there is no front desk. The key is placed in a treasure box outside the door. To get the key, you have to go through five levels and six generals. It takes a lot of effort to find the room! The next day I made an appointment to register for accommodation, and finally met someone. But I only knew how to collect money and didn't speak English. I wanted to ask something. Four mosquitoes were killed in the room, and some slipped through the net.

Situato a 10 minuti dalla stazione e a circa 20 minuti da Piazza S. Marco, l'Angels Inn è un delizioso b&b strategico per le passeggiate e le escursioni a Venezia. La gentilezza e disponibilità fanno da signori nel personale che dirige la struttura: Valentina e Fabio tra consigli e piacevoli chiacchiere ci hanno fatto sentore a casa. La camera, in stile veneziano è tranquilla e pulitissima, completa di aria condizionata, wi-fi e televisione. La ricca colazione viene servita nella terrazza all'ultimo piano. I dintorni del b&b sono ricchi di localini, bar, ristoranti dove si può mangiare e frescheggiare a tutte le ore. Su richiesta, il personale prenota le escursioni sulle isole Murano, Burano e Torcello (che consiglio di fare!) cosi da non fare code agli imbarchi. Venezia è strepitosa e la struttura con i suoi responsabili non sono da meno! Consigliatissimo.

We really enjoyed our stay, we had a wonderful time. The location is ideal. Everything was well organized. The room was clean, and I felt very comfortable. Our room had a lovely view of the courtyard, which was very idyllic. I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it.

Todo fue excelente. La ubicación es muy cerca de la estación Sta. Lucia, por lo que se puede llegar tras 10 minutos de caminata. La habitación cómoda y limpia. La ubicación genial y los anfitriones muy amables y atentos. Sin duda repetiría y recomendaría este hotel. Saludos!

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti in questo B&B e siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti! Comodo per la posizione, tranquillo, pulitissimo sia la camera che il bagno e le zone comuni. Colazione abbondante e varia. Ottima ospitalità. Valentina gentilissima e disponibile già dalle prime volte che ci siamo sentite telefonicamente per la prenotazione e la gestione del soggiorno (grazie per i suggerimenti relativi alle visite ed alle escursioni...). Fabio professionale, attento e disponibile per ogni nostra necessità, ti accoglie in ogni momento con il sorriso. Sicuramente da consigliare! Grazie davvero per tutto e...speriamo di rivederci! Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo b&b e siamo rimaste molto soddisfatte! Posizione comodissima, luogo tranquillo e comodo per arrivare in centro. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e molto attento ad ogni nostra richiesta, sempre presenti per rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda. Abbiamo chiesto un cuscino in più per la notte e sono stati super disponibili e veloci nell’accogliere la nostra richiesta. Grazie mille per l’accoglienza e speriamo di poter ritornarci presto!
