Vendee Hotels with Bars

Arrivée le 30/12/2023 en fin d'après-midi, le parking doit être réservé en même temps que la chambre, mais rien ne l'indique quand vous faites la réservation, sinon vous vous entendez dire que le parking est complet. Nous avons eu de la chance il restait une place. Ensuite place à la chambre. Suprise d'avoir une chambre avec un lit 2 places + 1 lit 1 place, pour 1 couple ...Où est l'erreur ! Pas trop grave ! La chambre pas très jolie, vétuste, on se croyait dans un gîte, pas très standing tout ça ! Un petit frigidaire serait un plus dans la chambre ! Tout est prévu à l'économie, penderie trop exigüe. Passons à la salle de bain, chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas, seul le mode soufflant qui ne chauffe rien du tout où il faut le réactiver toutes les 10 mn ! En cette saison c'est très moyen ! Salle de bain fonctionnelle mais pas vraiment pratique, les étagères trop petites. Les WC minuscules, à peine la place de se poser. Ils se trouvent dans la partie loggia qui n'est pas chauffée donc comme la salle de bain on va dans la partie ”frigidaire” ; pour un mois de décembre c'est très inconfortable !! Pour la vue ... aucune vue, un mur et au dessus le jacuzzi !! La seule chose positive la salle de restaurant très belle et d'époque, pas trop compliqué, elle est existante ! Petit déjeuner correct pour le prix, une seule machine à café fonctionne sur 2, on se retrouve à faire la queue, pas top ! La responsable de l'hôtel fait la tête et n'est pas souriante pas vraiment engageant, elle s'est trompée de métier ! Heureusement la jeune femme de l'accueil relève le niveau ainsi que le Monsieur de l'entretien agréable mais inefficace, peut être que la direction de l'hôtel ne lui donne pas les moyens de faire ce qu'il faut, économies oblige ! il a constaté le problème du chauffage mais n'a rien fait à part constater, lol ! La femme de ménage est très agréable et serviable. Tous les clients étaient logés au 1er étage car le second étage est en rénovation, donc travaux dans l'hôtel, non mentionnés lors de la réservation. Très déçus de ce séjour, nous y venons depuis plusieurs années et tout c'est dégradé, nous songeons à changer d'hôtel pour les prochaines fois. Dommage à part la situation de l'hôtel en plein centre ... c'est ce qui sauve la fréquentation. L'hôtel ne mérite pas les 3 étoiles, au vu du prix de la chambre x€/nuit, du petit déjeuner 15 €/personne, 16€ parking/jour (trop cher !) !! Franchement ça ne vaut que 2 voir 1 étoile !! Il faut revoir votre copie Madame Monsieur le responsable de l'hôtel, peut être envisager la fermeture le temps des travaux ou baisser le prix pendant cette période, un geste commercial serait approprié ! La clientèle se sent trompée sur la prestation dès lors qu'il y a des travaux non annoncés ! Prévoir une communication en ce sens. Cordialement.
