This was a lovely hotel part of the Oetker Colection. The location is near St Paul de Vence which is a very nice town. The breakfast buffet was amazing as was the patio with the view while dining. All the meals were amazing. I would say the Bar Rossini dinner left something to be desired but the Restaurant is excellent and a Michelin starred one at that. The Spa is also very nice.

Lieu magique, réception au top, mais service inégale avec une partie du personnel au bon niveau et une autre partie avec des lenteurs et des erreurs probablement liées à un manque de formation et de sens pratique (ce qui explique les 4 étoiles). La prof de Yoga Josephine était véritablement exceptionnelle.

Bon cadeau offert pour mon anniversaire, accès piscine, déjeuner et spa. Accueil voiturier, réception, Selim le responsable du restaurant l’oliveraie et tout le staff puis installation piscine et soins au spa, tout le monde sans exception a été accueillant, gentil et prévenant. Le cadre est exceptionnel, le repas très bon. La qualité des soins au spa est à la hauteur des prestations proposées. J’ai passé une journée merveilleuse. En tant que Vençoise , je suis heureuse d’avoir eu la chance de profiter de ce lieux magique à deux pas de chez moi.

One of the great spa experiences I have enjoyed. Cleo was superb! Everyone at the Chateau lived up to the Oetker reputation - helpful, extremely professional, well-trained, pleasant and friendly. From the valet to the concierge staff the reception staff, the restaurant, the spa - all excellent. Our suite was spacious and well equipped with a large terrace and every amenity. The rooms were well decorated and immaculately cared for. The grounds exceptional. We greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend this property highly. One exception... we had lunch at the casual restaurant at the sister property the Hotel du Cap. The service was exceptional, the grounds and hotel magnificent. But the food at luncheon? Terrible! I was so surprised. Yes is was quite busy with every table full, but there was no excuse for a poorly executed Nicoise salad and a very overcooked burger. But the view was quite spectacular and the champagne was good so not all was lost! We will definitely return to the Chateau Saint Martin.

Bon cadeau pour l’anniversaire de mes parents : accord met et vin ! Mon père attend toujours son deuxième verre de vin avec ses côtelettes crue. Dessert: tarte aux framboise ou glace ….mouais Menue payé 210 euros et prélevé deux fois par erreur mais par contre j’attend encore le remboursement. Bref château saint Martin et spa n’a que le titre parce que l’expérience est très moyenne. Par contre le cadre était sublime , donc bon le rapport qualité prix à revoir.

Cadre joli, positionnement idéal, bien entretenu et calme absolue. Personnel souriant mais gros bémol: personnel très mal formé sur les prestations et tarifs ! Service client très décevant et surprenant. La carte de la piscine devrait être plus sympa et gustativement plus qualitative! Les cocktails sont en revanche excellents.

Excellence, raffinement , accueil attentionné, vue magnifique, service efficace et discret. Un excellent moment passé à une bonne table. Une très bonne sélection de vins au verre recommandée par le sommelier. De l’entrée au dessert tout était parfait.

El Chateau está increíble con vistas a la bahía y a las montañas, un lugar paradisiaco con una atención de primera. Cenamos en el restaurante Le Saint-Martin, que cuanta con una estrella Michelin, exención como debe de ser, comida increíble, no se pude pedir mas.

We had probably the best Jr. Suite possible while staying at seven different 5 star hotels over a 4 week period at this outstanding hotel/location perched on the hilltop with commanding views over Vence, Cannes and Nice with the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.. Prestige suite #54 has an enviable corner location on this hilltop hotel, beautifully decorated, large and many comfortable seating options with four French doors, three opening onto a private patio with table for outdoor dining (if desired) with amazing views to Nice, Antibes and the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel grounds are very spacious and pleasant. Staff very attentive and helpful. The swimming pool is beyond gorgeous with perfect lap swimming temperature. We enjoyed 3 days of breakfast in the room and went to the formal dining twice. Both evenings were outstanding and the Dorade one evening was possibly the best I can recall. Staff and wine sommelier Arthur was very accommodating to our limited wine consumption habit. We will be back!
