Great spa hotel!
Clean, spacious rooms, modern decor. All you need in the room - from dental kit to shoe polish.
Amazing breakfast and dinner with huge free salad bar.
Great spa offering - indoor and heated outdoor pools, lots of steam, herbal steam rooms, indoor and outdoor sauna, infrared sauna, salt room, etc…

We enjoyed everything while staying at this hotel: room, spa zone, food, service, atmosphere in general etc. The staff was very friendly, polite and patient. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit.

Personeel weet niets, spreken geen Engels of klein beetje. Als wij vroegen of er what te doen is in velingrad zeiden ze dat er niets is.daarna bleek dat er een feestje in het dorp was die wij gemist hebben
