It is my second year hosting my retreat with Om Villas Benares, and I cannot be happier with all they offer. First of all, the service from Ritika and Manjeet are always outstanding! Thank you for taking care of everything with so much love, detail and professionalism. The facilities are beautiful, the cottages are magical, the restaurant staff are great and food options are superb.I cannot wait to be there again in 2025! THANK YOU!!!

Dieses Hotel ist seine Reise wert! Ist etwas ausserhalb von Varanasi, was die Lage sehr ruhig macht, kein Gehupe die ganze Zeit. Der Weg ins "Zentrum" ist mit dem Auto ca. 20-30min. sie haben auch ein Restaurant, das Essen ist fantastisch, das Personal eigentlich auch freundlich, aber die Organisation vom Restaurant ist eine Katastrophe... (leider) wir mussten immer seehhr lange auf das Essen warten und es kam auch nicht immer alles oder nicht das Richtige an. Die Qualität vom Essen ist wirklich der Wahnsinn.

No es un hotel cómodo. No creo que merezca la categoría de 5 estrellas . Las instalaciones están poco atendidas. El ruido nos impidió dormir las dos noches que pernoctamos ( es cierto que hubo celebraciones de bodas propias y en los alrededores) y además hizo frío . El comedor no está adecuadamente atendido Muy amsble el personal

Pathetic Service, under staff resturant. Order got mismatched and they bought different soup which we did not order and they bill us the same also. They did not bring the basic like pickle, vinegar onion after constant reminder. Waiter came to take our order after 30 min that too giving constant reminder. Food was good but Service and staff behaviour is not as per the Standard.

Beautiful lodges in a perfect setting. Manicured gardens. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff are lovely and the food is very typically Indian and plentiful with a good choice. The hotel is the perfect antidote to the madness of Varanasi.

We stayed there for 2 nights during Diwali and on paper it looked idyllic. How different the reality was! They had only a few tourists such as us and were clearly setting up for a business conference/exhibition a few days later. There was the sound of building work going on from early morning until well after dark. How anyone could consider this peaceful and relaxing is beyond me. I complained 5 times, and each time was assured it would be dealt with (but it wasn't). I finally managed to speak to the site director who said "Give me 15 minutes and I'll fix it". And to be fair she did - until they started again at 6am the next day. Fortunately we were checking out. The service in the restaurant was appalling - we waited almost 45 minutes to get a beer while there were 8 or 10 staff standing around chatting. My advice on staying at this hotel is don't. It makes Fawlty Towers look peaceful and relaxing.

Safe, nice and comforting. Vaziri is a must visit. Liked the food, especially the lunch. Thanks Ritika for the easy checkin and checkout experience, and letting me use the board room. Kids enjoyed the park and the greenery. Wish you lots of continued success.

The campus, field, room and bathrooms were so neat and clean staffs were very polite to us food was very tasty break-fast, lunch and dinner all of them were so good we have enjoyed a lot in the pool good job impressive we have so good experience in the hotel 💯👍👏
