Not worth the money charged by the hotel.
Not a very good experience for me.
Door lock faulty.
Sanitary fittings faulty.
Toiletries were not available in room according to the guest occupancy and I needed to ask for it .
Food in restaurant was not good also and limited menu for breakfast also.
Overall average experience and not worth tarrif charges.

Very clean hotel, staff went out of there way to make us welcome, Rajeev the restaurant manager was extremely helpful and polite and did his best to give us exactly what we asked for - a credit to this establishment, if we come back to Varanasi we will definitely stay here again 😊

Personale cortese e disponibile a rispondere alle esigenze dei clienti anche in ambito culinario e' possibile ordinare piatti non piccanti e gustosi. Bella la sala da pranzo con divani e poltrone. Menu' alla carta e buffet in un ambiente molto confortevole.
