While the location is pretty far from central Varanasi, that can also be a plus. Varanasi can be overwhelming and retreating to the garden settings of this hotel is refreshing. The breakfast and dinners were wonderful. The staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Sumana for Ashutosh for helping with our train tickets. The pool and fitness center are also great.

The hotel is stylish but it is very far from everything. The hotel has a taxi but the prices are more than double. If not for the hotel, taxi drivers will try and extract the maximum from you. Based on location I would not recommend unless you have a car of your own.

I booked for the garden view but was city view
It was o k but faraway from city center and the restaurant food was not so delicious
So I would not recommend unless you want to stay quiet in the room and enjoy the nice swimming pool

We as group of friends went to enjoy Ramada but everything was like terrible, worst ever experience, Never coming back to Arzoo coffee shop & will never recommend to anyone too, what we experienced was disrespected, there is no issue with food quality, taste & ambience, we are only concerned with the staff behaviour specially the waiter SAFIK, who is so arrogant,helpless,rude, cheap mentality,least interested to the guest don't know why, according to waiter SAFIK, you have to manage things related to service in the coffee shop, managers are unable to handle this guy, we felt so uneasy at Ramada, he was literally blunt, worst management

Stayed here for two days, it’s a very beautiful 5star property, I was impressed by the architecture and interiors of the hotel, hosts go out of the way to take care of guest, the italian marbles are mirror finishes which looks stunning, and designed superbly, wood works done in interiors are artisans handcrafted crafted kind, looks like owners have build the hotel by heart, so much spacious rooms with all modern amenities, same is with the food, very very tasty banarsi and Indian cuisine, no wonder it’s so highly rated, thankyou so much
