ガンジス川沿いにあるホテルで、ヘリテージホテルに泊まりたくて宿泊しました。
夜の便だったので、ホテルの場所がわからないといけないので、送迎サービスを頼みました。
予約の時のメールのやり取りからも好感が持てました。
ホテルに着いてからもスタッフのみんながとても親切で、ここに泊まって本当に良かったと思いました。
雨季で、小さなボートには乗れませんでしたが、大きな船があると案内もしてくれて、ガンジス川からも見れてよかったです。

If you are staying in Varanasi then you have to be alongside the Ghats to appreciate the city to the full. This hotel is right on the Ghats but 5mins walk from the busiest part so you can get a night's sleep! The service is great and the staff really friendly. The restaurant is good with a wide selection of North Indian food, all cooked well. It's not licensed so you would need to buy beer or wine in a shop in the city if you want a drink with your meal. The only criticism I could level is that the room Wi-Fi is a bit flakey but all works well in the courtyard. The hotel has a wonderful roof-top seated area where you can sit and take in the view across the Ganges in the day and watch the ceremonies at night. A truly magical place.

Amritara Suryauday is located right on the ghats of The Ganga river. It is an 18th century structure built by the Nepali family and renovated and converted to a boutique hotel. The view and location are stunning. The hotel is gorgeous and provides all amenities and comforts. They have a lovely restaurant on the ground floor. Food is excellent. Staff is warm and caring. The sunrise across The Ganga is a simply stunning. The major temples are within walking distance for those willing to walk. For a once-in-a-lifetime experience, I would strongly recommend Suryauday Haveli for tourists visiting Varanasi.

Oh what a superb hospitality away from the busy streets right on d ghat for a spectacular view.. personal ganges right at our reach… neat clean delightful food… excellent stafff nd co-operation… extremely co-operative from the start to the farewell… highly recommended for a stay hidden in d ganges ❤️❤️❤️
