I really liked the hotel, comfortable beds, good breakfasts, finally I saw bacon at breakfast) I was very pleased with the cosmetics in the bathroom - there was even talc, aloe vera, scrub, body cream was very nice, the skin was velvety. We ordered a taxi for an early departure, there were no problems, the car arrived on time.

We stayed in this hotel for our days in Varanasi.
Modern hotel, very comfortable and organized. High standards of cleanliness and excellent cuisine;
courteous and helpful staff.

Hotel 5 stelle molto confortevole. All’arrivo i colori un po’ scuri e una hall non grande non mi sono piaciuti tanto, anche un acquario con tanti pesci enormi ma poco spazio per muoversi non è bello. Però poi le camere sono confortevoli e molto pulite, hanno diverse categorie ma tutte apprezzabili, il ristorante ottimo per qualità e servizio, la piscina piccola ma al 6 piano è panoramica, il servizio di laundry eccellente e tutto lo staff anche alla reception e i porter sono tutti molto collaborativi. Insomma non sarà un 5 stelle megagalattico ma ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio

nice hotel, very comfortable. the food is great and the pool is wonderful. the only downside of the pool is the view, sadly it looks over not the greatest part of town. they do have a shop but it's hours are weird and different than posted also the signage is wrong. signage throughout the hotel could be improved, it's tricky to find the pool, spa, shop, etc...

the staff is so cooperative and with smiling face , the food is good and as per our requirement the cook prepared the food for fast(vrat) for us , the room are so comfortable, the overall experience is so good as we have one guest with wheelchair and the hotel staff always assits us with it.

Location is good food ok too spicy all other clean and need. But near reception wash room clean but urinal smell overall good .
