Mr Ajay Pandey, the tour guide, is best. He is much helpful in nature and guide the people for best memories. He even took me for shopping at best and cheap places

We were a group of three photographers who came to cover Benaras and chose this hotel due to It’s proximity to Assi Ghat. Electric points in the rooms were not working, washbasin was leaky in one of the rooms, unruly guests creating noise late at night, stale smell all through the rooms and reception. Impolite and disrespectful reception staff disinterested in resolving any issues.

location is good, food is OK and there is no option to customise for your need. Aminities and services are Average. They should keep more hygine controls for example masquotos treatment.

Very comfortable services provide by the staff and Ajay Pandey's guidance and planning helped us alot to cover all itinerary without any hassle . Best stay if u want to go to Banaras with family.....best rooftop restaurant .....near the assi Ghat.

Had a wonderful experience with travel guide Ajay Pandey.... Would highly recommend to visit the place with him .... He beautifully explained each and every details of benaras.... And the hotel experience was awesome.... Very caring .

This hotel benaras haveli is charging a lot compared to quality,
They are charging more than 7k per night for a room executive or superior with river view, where as the river view is having obstruction and far away from room,
Also they don't provide kits (e.g dental, shaving kitscetc) unless asked
Hygiene of bedsheets and towel was not great as had clear marks on them and got to change,
For Sarnaath Visit they charged 3k where in market its not even 1.5k, that too with a poor car( rear left door was not opening and car was not clean and full of mosquito)
Overall, I don't recommend this property compared to quality and over over charge, their charge would hv been for river view rooms under 3k

Good location, below average hotel
Well located but very tatty. Inflexible to any kind of late checkout without charging excessive amount.
Housekeeping inconsistent, in the 4 nights I stayed room was not cleaned once.
When I checked in room was missing all amenities and towels.
I would suggest looking around before staying there

I had a fantastic stay at Banaras Haveli , The service was exceptional especially Mr Shivam , he is calm and patience to handle our group check in . Staff as Mr Rahad Rawat were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was perfect to take Tuk Tuk to explore round Varanasi and take boat to anywhere . The hotel just 5 mins walk to Assi Ghat and many nice restaurant around this area . Best hotel for group check in .
