Nice place to stay in the bustling city of Varanasi, hotel is clean and all necessary amenities provide an excellent place to take a rest from the city that is pretty crazy. It is about four kilometers from the river Ganges. Breakfast is fine but not very extended, meals for dinner were good price wise.
The only issue we had was the way too loud noise of the air ventilation in the shower that took a lot of drama before it was turned off, a request that I had to repeat three out of four nights. Overall I would recommend this place though, it's professional and decent and an oasis compared to what you'll encounter once you get onto the streets.

Okay okay stay with poor quality of hotel room. Hotel looked very old and beds were uncomfortable and there was no hot water provision

The staff was extremely unprofessional and the rooms were not up to the mark. The curtains were stained, on asking they did change the room but the other room wasn't good either. Apart from that getting anything done from the house keeping staff was a task in itself. Extremely rude staff.

The property is not well kept, there’s no running hot water, non-working refrigerators, there were issues with the flush tank too. Rest of the things were okay, the breakfast was good.

Very bad the room were not clean at all the staff was lazy and very improper parking management system in evening they could not manage inhouse cars and that rukus left me steanded on door for an hour
