Non si può certo definire questo Radisson un 5 stelle. Avevamo una camera definita “de luxe” che di lussuoso aveva poco nulla. La struttura, che non è bella, necessiterebbe una profonda ristrutturazione. Spazi comuni anonimi e poco fruibili, per esempio la piscina dove non volevamo certo fare il bagno ma magari stare due ore a leggere, stanza triste, bagno vecchiotto, peraltro l’hotel è in una zona che offre poco come ristoranti etc pur essendo quella, teoricamente turistica. La colazione sembrava una mensa. Assolutamente privo di charme ma neppure anonimo con alto livello di servizi e quindi non lo consiglierei

A good modern hotel about a 15 minute taxi drive to the old town and The Ganges depending upon traffic and festivals. The rooms are a good size with a decent bed and a well appointed bathroom. There are 2 restaurants however one has a fixed menu so we chose to eat in the other one. It lacks character with bright lighting and TVs but the food and service were excellent. There is a buffet style option in the evening as well as A la Carte. The reception area is attractive and there is a bar area on the first floor. Prices for both the food and drink were very reasonable. It is not 5 star luxury but ideal for a visit to this amazing city.

This is the best place I ever visited to stay with my family. Its service and location is so good. I will love to visit here again in future. In Varanasi it is a luxury hotel in all. Anyone can visit here for fun with family and friends.. I felt glad to be here..

Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Specially Ms. Misti. She was very kind and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Room service is upto the mark. Food is delicious. Specially their breakfast. One should definitely try their breakfast……..
