Nice basic hotel. Walkable to the town. Next door pool party can be a little noisy. Earplug do the trick 😆 Breakfast simple but OK. Staff helpful. Spacious room. Pillow might need to change as it is too soft. Kettle provide but the wall plug was too high. Overall OK for basic reasons

Everything was great. You can see the hot air balloons between 6 and 7am in the morning. Delicious breakfast too.

Room was normal. Was happy to get fruits at breakfast but the banana pancake wasn't the best (too greasy/buttery). Pool was big and nice by the river. We can see place is still under improvement.

Location is good but near the smelly swampy river and extremely noisy from around 9 pm to 2 am! Recommended only for party goers (clealy not for family like us). All amenities and things are old but they have all you need (TV, aircon, hot water shower, table, chairs, etc). The pool is a nice addition but the water was a bit murky… (too many young ppl using the pool at once…)

Large room for a hostel. Breakfast was pleasant. Very noisy at night though and the ‘toiletries’ provided included a used bar soap. Otherwise you get what you pay for very value for money.

Location good

The hostel is very popular with the English and Europeans. To get there you will need to cross a barely alive bridge with all your luggage, it is not very convenient, but that is the whole city. I personally did not like the hostel itself because it was uncomfortable, the toilet is connected to the room and you can hear everything, other toilets are outside and there are a lot of insects inside. There is a swimming pool and territory. But I repeat, I did not like it specifically. Inconvenient, uncomfortable from start to finish. Even the reception is outside, no air conditioning, etc. Basically, like living in a street camp.

The pluses are the swimming pool. Otherwise, I didn't find any pluses for myself because the reception is outside, the toilets are outside, except for one in the room, where everyone in the room will hear you. I felt uncomfortable and inconvenient.

The hostel is well located and quiet. You'll understand why when you come here. All the staff are friendly and the showers have good hot water. The free breakfast is also delicious. In particular, you can see the mountains and hot air balloons in the sky from the pool. You can often see them, so you can take good pictures. I booked 3 days because it was comfortable and I liked it. And then I booked 2 more days. I was very happy while I was here.
