Excellent customer service from reception staff. Excellent breakfast facilities and pool for an early morning swim. Location within good proximity to city centre and public transport, but area a little rough at night.

It is a B&B in the city center. I have compared it with other options that are farther away from the city center. It is okay. The room is large.

1. Excellent location. Located on Granville Island, a famous leisure area in Vancouver, similar to 798, it is a transformation of an old industrial area. There are many restaurants and beverage shops, galleries and craft workshops. The most famous one is the public market, where agricultural products, food, and catering gather, and the crowds are surging. Living here is very convenient for strolling on the island. If you don't like the hustle and bustle, you can walk along the periphery of the island and enjoy the bay view. 2. The hotel's hygiene and service are quite satisfactory, and the star hotel standard. The facilities in the room are basically complete, and there is even a password safe. There is no kettle, which is a trouble for Chinese people who love to drink hot water. The sofa bed in our room is a bit old and easy to tilt, and the sofa spring is partially concave.

The staff were very patient and helpful. The manager let us to check in early in the morning when our flight arrived, which was appreciated. The location is excellent and the room was spacious and cozy. It had a nice lake view. The included in-room breakfast had a variety of tasty options. The Lobby floor restaurant ‘Honey Salt’ had high quality food at reasonable prices. We enjoyed dining there. Overall, this was a great hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms and location were very comfortable. Both the in-room breakfast and restaurant options were excellent values. I would highly recommend staying here.

Super nice hotel, new and big, in the city center, meets the five-star standard, there are Chinese-speaking service staff at the front desk, there is no refrigerator in the room, and there is a free ice machine in the corridor, if you need iced drinks, go get the ice yourself Good, the bed is big, the bedding is comfortable, and it is cleaned and tidy every day. Don’t forget to leave a tip of $5 next to the pillow~ There are supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area. Don’t worry about homeless people. Homeless people are only 2 kilometers away activities in that area. Overall recommendation, perfect~

The location is great and the counter staff is very kind! Breakfast is the way to order, and simple Western food is also delicious! The facilities in the room are very beautiful. The only thing I am not used to is the shower faucet on the ceiling. It feels a bit inconvenient to take a shower! But generally satisfied

It was a very clean and good place to spend time with family. The location was good and it was convenient because it had all the necessities like a home.
