Location - It's conveniently located downtown, but there are many dangerous people on the streets, making it unsafe.
Facilities - Very old. The refrigerator makes a whirring noise every now and then. The soundproofing isn't great, so you can hear chairs being dragged from the next room or upstairs, conversations outside the door, cars, and motorcycles outside the window. Overall, the facilities are very dated.
Cleaning - They cleaned the room once out of four nights, but it wasn't perfect. Towels with foreign substances still hung on the floor. There was a subtle, lingering smell.
I don't know if all downtown hotels are like this, but I wouldn't recommend it.

The staffs were very friendly and nice. The location was great. It was close to everything we need to see the city. The room was okay. It needs some renovations throughout the hotel to make it more pleasant. Overall, for the price and location I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I’ve stayed here twice now and would highly recommend it. Great location, comfy beds, very clean and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant attached does amazing zucchini chips. Also, a beautiful rooftop and gym!

The room was very quiet and we were nezt to the elevator and ice machine. The shower had great pressure and the water was very hot. The employees were very friendly and helpful.
The location was perfect. We booked late and got lucky getting a great location texperieVanVancouver.

I used it for a concert.
It was very close to town and I was able to do some shopping in my free time, so it was a comfortable trip!
They also spoke Japanese, which was very helpful and reassuring.
I'd like to use it again.
