My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

Outstanding hotel in the downtown district. I required an overnight stay after the Springsteen concert. Check in was a breeze. All my desires on locations were walkable. This is an extremely well appointed hotel in the downtown area. Very comfortable room. The favorable was the next morning when I woke up and took advantage of the gym and the heated lap pool (salt water) followed by an outstanding late breakfast. The staff allowed me to keep my bags on site while I wandered about the downtown area until my afternoon flight home.

Beautiful hotel. Well appoited rooms. Great attentive staff. Any requests that we had ere dealt with politely and very efficiently. The restaurant had a limited menu , but the food was excellently prepared and of the highest quality. This is a hotel I would recommend to anyone. A great place to stay.

The location is central and close to restaurants. The Staff is a ten out of ten and help you feel welcomed. I was able to get upgraded which was such a pleasant surprise- and it was such a wonderful stay from start to finish. Thank you to the team!

What a find this place was. Being in a residence building gives it an extra feeling of being „home“. Calm and quiet despite being in the heart of downtown. The hotel has a laid back feel to it. The rooftop pool and hot tub are an excellent oasis after a day visiting the city. Breakfast was excellent each day; served by attentive staff. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious, with a fine mix of traditional yet modern decor. Sumptious beds. The staff make the place. All are very helpful. A special mention to Nataliia on the front desk who epitomises hospitality and went out of her way to advise us and organise things for us. Very much a Vancouver home from home. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Awesome hotel, clean and friendly staff. Awesome room and the location was great. Close to so many different options and the cafe next to it was delightful. Close to the shopping district and close to the coast for some beautiful views

L’Hermitage is a beautiful hotel & we thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay post Alaska cruise. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful greeting us warmly and providing suggestions. The restaurant had great food and attentive service. Pool and hot tub were lovely. The room was spacious, immaculate and beautiful. We even had a fully furnished patio. Doorman was super and stored our luggage when our flight was delayed. While pricey, we felt it was worth the quality we received!

From the welcoming bell hop until check out this hotel delivered excellence over and over. The entire staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and in perfect order. The location was also stellar with many top restaurants within walking distance.

Just an awesome property with a top tier staff. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked through the front door and treated like valued guests until we departed. Top notch housekeeping. Great on-site restaurant. Modern property. Great location. Really nothing to dislike about this experience. Highly recommend.
