The hotel is has very bad smell on floor 7, I don’t know how the other floors would be. During my staying , the heater was broken and the hotel offered only a heating fan as big as two of my shoes. The AC can’t efficiently make the room warm as well. So unless you will stay from May to September, don’t go there.
However, the hotel is located at a very convenient place, but if you are fine with thin walls and charged kitchen.

They refused my checkin early and I have a disability even though I called before I did the reservation and they told me it’s not problem we can let you in early for Extra $30 charges.
They left me with no choice but go to my friend house and after all they refused to cancel my reservation.

The hotel doesn't look like a proper hotel, the room numbers are all covered with paper. The hygiene is extremely poor, there are bugs, negotiating with the front desk is useless, the attitude is bad 👎🏻
