* The fragrance used in the lobby and hallway is not very pleasant.
* We like the self-served coffee machine at the lobby.
* We had difficulty searching for the carpark lot next to the hotel but we managed to get it sorted out using the internet call option in Trip.com apps plus the help by the hotel front desk stuff.

The hotel is close to downtown, with many bars nearby. The public security is good and you can occasionally see homeless people passing by.
The room is spacious and clean, with a large wardrobe and a unique bed decoration

He put us in room 514, which is very noisy with the music from the bar next door, which goes off at around 3:00 a.m. boom boom ;(
We were told there were no more rooms available. We didn't sleep all night.
I'm requesting a refund for this hotel, and it shouldn't be on your website.
Please refund us as soon as possible. Thank you.

The size of the room and the amenities were pretty good.
I was able to stay there without any issues.
I thought the toilet and bathroom were especially clean and spacious.

The hotel itself is good, but the smell in the hallways was unpleasant. Also, they did not mention during booking that parking would cost extra — this was only brought up upon arrival, which was disappointing.
