Where there for just a night, but the staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel itself was right by the water so perfect for an evening walk.

Vancouver is an expensive city, so I was very grateful to be able to keep costs down.
There were mixed opinions about the cleanliness of the room, but I thought it was very clean and didn't feel uncomfortable. To keep the price down, we shared the bathroom, but that wasn't a problem either.
I have no complaints about the location, and I'll use this again when I visit Vancouver.

The door is thick, so I didn't hear or meet them.
