The room is too small, and the tap water is too slow. Breakfast is delivered to the room after ordering. There are few varieties. I almost had enough after two days. The hotel is not cheap. It is very convenient to go to ** downstairs. There are also convenience stores and restaurants around. The service is pretty good. There is no separate shower room, so you need to stand in the bathtub to take a shower.

I really like this hotel. It's very new and smells good. Breakfast is delivered directly to the room. It's large and delicious. The front desk also gave me a high-rise room with a great view. It's next to JW. You can change rooms.

Super nice hotel, new and big, in the city center, meets the five-star standard, there are Chinese-speaking service staff at the front desk, there is no refrigerator in the room, and there is a free ice machine in the corridor, if you need iced drinks, go get the ice yourself Good, the bed is big, the bedding is comfortable, and it is cleaned and tidy every day. Don’t forget to leave a tip of $5 next to the pillow~ There are supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area. Don’t worry about homeless people. Homeless people are only 2 kilometers away activities in that area. Overall recommendation, perfect~

The Douglas is a very pleasant hotel located conveniently to Yaletown, where there are great restaurants and bars as well as boutique shopping. Easy walk to Robson St for shopping and there is a Sky Train station not far away. The hotel is well maintained and clean. Several bars and restaurants in the complex as well as a ******. Nice garden area to enjoy on the sixth floor. There is a small fitness room too. Our room was comfortable and clean, although sound proofing was not that good with noise filtering in from other rooms, the hallway and the bar area downstairs. Not a big issue. Lots of power plugs, which is great. Wifi was excellent. There’s no refrigerator in the room, however there was an Igloo cooler and plenty of ice available. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Definitely would stay again when in Vancouver.

This hotel was by far the cleanest building I have used in the last few years. It is ultra modern and comfortable. Each staff person we encountered was helpful and friendly. Cudos to each and everyone on staff.
